    Just get any dedicated server with a good hosting.

    Maybe wholesaleinternet / datashack will do in cheap price. Ask for windows and install enkompass. Windows version of CPanel.

    Windows VPS servers would be good to start with. VPS servers having SSD drive will have added benefits in performance of website as well as increase read write speed.
