    Yes - You can sell ebay and amazon products as an affiliate partner, no problem.
    It's pretty easy to set up . You'll need a domain and some cheap hosting.
    Best to set up wordpress for your website which is so easy to install and learn to use.
    These things are pretty straight forward and simple to learn. Or pay somebody to do this part for you.

    However, the real question you should be asking is : 'How will I get buying visitors to my site?'
    This is where the real challenge is, and where the learning journey really begins.

    It's hard to suggest anything without knowing what exactly you are going to sell. Recommendations pretty much depend on the niche.

    What market do you want to go into? You will have to pinpoint on which you market you will go into and check competitors to see what they are doing. You then should find a niche in the market in which your product or service will give you a competitive advantage over your competition.

    No matter what products use sell, getting buyers will be the trick. It's so easy to price-compare online now that you'll need to have great pricing just to compete with the bigger sites.

    Figure out how to differentiate your site from the competition -- give visitors a reason to buy from you vs. every other vendor selling the same items.

    I agree that it is better that it is your own product. You can use Word Press + Woocommerce. That should be enough. If you want a custom design of the site, and you are artistically challenged, you can hire a professional web designer.
