    Hi, Please go through https://www.digitalpoint.com/help/marketplace. As far as I know, this forum is not the place for selling any physical goods. Also, general chat is NOT the place for posting any sale related posts. So, you have received the warning. Yes, its a friendly reminder. But, the more you accumulate, the more you get closer to getting banned :)

    None of the sections within the forum supports selling physical goods. May be once you become established, you can have it in your signature.

    DigitalPoint is for selling scripts, plugins, templates, softwares, domain name, website, services etc. Not for hardware.

    Be that as it may you ARE offering a product and ARE directing interested people in contacting you. So this is still an ad and it is still a trade process. As such it belongs to the Marketplace and Marketplace only. Haven't gone in-depth of what sections are in the Marketplace (as I only use a couple) but if there isn't anything close to the product that you're selling you just have to find a different Marketplace in other forums to post it on. Or, the least you can do is simply reply to the warning or contact one of the moderators to ask what would be the most suitable place to share your ad. ;)

    You also need to be selling the product directly.
    If your friend wants to sell here then s/he needs to sign up and qualify just like everyone else.

    I agree with other fellows yes as it named Digital point it make sense to me its the place to do Digital..so thats why i think they send you a friendly note,,tring politely say this is not a place to physical stuff so hope you get a idea thanks
