Adsense compatibility with DoubleClick Ad Exchange by Media.net

    I'm using adsense with media.net on one of my sites. Now, media.net has invited me to fill up a form for Premium Display Advertising. As I can see, this form belongs to Google's DoubleClick Ad Exchange. Now, my Q is, if I fill up the form, can there be a conflict as both adsense and media.net will be using DoubleClick Ad Exchange inventory on my site ? Does it go against adsense policy anyway ?

    According to Google's website:

    "DoubleClick Ad Exchange is a real-time marketplace that helps ad networks, agency holding companies, and emerging third-party technology providers maximize ROI across millions of sites."

    It is not against Google's TOS to purchase traffic to your website. What conflict do you think could arise?

    I think U r mistaken. AFAIK purchasing traffic is against Adsense's TOS. But, this is not about purchasing traffic at all !!! This is about allowing media.net to use an ad source, which is also used by adsense, to place ads on a site. My concern is whether adsense will have a problem for allowing a competitor platform to use a common source.
