    interesting read, but out of those studies...
    they mention, peace, love, light, warmth, etc...
    none of them mention burning flames....

    Without stepping on toes; bible says, most will take the
    most traveled road; and the most traveled road is not heaven...

    So if the study came back and said 10% of those experienced
    peace, love, light, warmth, and 90% mentioned something
    about darkness, flames, lake of fire....then the study
    may have been more believable...

    Between heaven and hell...
    more will go to hell then heaven....

    Incorrect; Their is Christians, then everyone else...
    in other words, everyone else will go to hell. :)

    Not trying to shit on anyone's parade but this study doesn't really prove anything about the afterlife. Most likely, the "experience" the patients described was a result of the DMT(dimethyltryptamine) the scientists pumped into the patients:

    "This controversial process that was repeated on 944 volunteers over that last four years, necessitates a complex mixture of drugs including epinephrine and dimethyltryptamine, destined to allow the body to survive the state of clinical death and the reanimation process without damage."

    It would be a similar experience to a DMT psychedelic trip or a near death experience when the body pumps its own DMT into the bloodstream just before death.

    Read up about DMT trips or Near death experiences. It is very similar to what the patients described in this study. I'm not saying there is no afterlife, just saying that this study doesn't prove it.
