    Hi, selling my min blog/review site, in bathrobes niche.

    Perks:
    7+ years old domain. Blog itself was set up 3 years ago. Unique handwritten text content (no duplicates or spinned etc)

    Easy to rank for the keywords. I did not do any work on the seo, so it is ranking somewhere on 10th page of google or so.. And it still makes sales being nowhere in the serps..
    VERY LITTLE effort needed in order to raise the rankings.

    No work involved to maintain this traffic. Sales from this traffic covers domain renewals, so even if you do nothing and just invest in the site you would not be losing money. Although, like I said, with few hours of seo work you would make this site appear in top rankings (easy to rank) resulting that you will recoup your investment in a month time tops after you rank higher. As I mentioned - site makes sales evn whet it is ranking "nowhere" :)

    Again - site is making some sales while it is ranking "nowhere". Once you touch seo you would rank many pages higher, resulting in more sales. You would easily recoup investment in one month after site have risen in serps.

    Reason for sale - As you see my last posts were made few years ago and since then I did not have time to work on this site at all. At the same time it covers renewal costs without any work so I do not worry and think "next month I will work on this site", but I never find time. Meaning - maybe you are the new owner? :)

    I will add free 6 months hosting for the site (I will continue hosting it on my account). Unless the buyer does not want this.
