what effect the site SEO most ?

if i buy similar popular domain with .net .org. .abc or anything

or

popular dropped domain with high backlinks or with high PR or something like that

Search engines rank your site on the contents, not the domain name. If you pick up a dropped domain with high backlinks it may give you a short temporary boost, but as soon as the search engine sees that the contents have changed then your site will be re-indexed and it won't matter what the previous site had in the way of backlinks, or PR. One exception to this is if the domain name is popular enough that people will be going there without first doing a search on the search engines, then the domain name popularity will get some traffic, but again as soon as they get to the site and see that the site is now different they will probably not come back unless they like the new content.
So it all comes down to the content, spend your time creating a great site with great content, then promote that site and you will get your serp. Don't waste your time trying to find shortcuts by picking up used domains, besides those old domains have been dropped for a reason. If they were working they would not have been dropped.

 

I completely agree with George. You will have to start form scratch on everything which is not always a bad thing. Here are a few things you should keep in mind when creating your domain:

1) Do your keyword research and find a term that is popular in your niche and try to incorporate it in your domain name if possible.
2)Keep it memorable
3) Keep it short as possible

Remember that this domain will represent you for a long time to come and changing domains in the future can void a lot of you hard work and is not ideal.

 

While starting from scratch is always an option, if you can find a good domain that already has backlinks, I would absolutely say go for it. If it isn't a good domain though, don't force it, as your domain is very important. I know people who have used this strategy and it has worked for them.

Another option is to buy a few expired domains and 301 redirect them, but don't do too many.

Well optimized content, meta tags and well built back links.

 

i think, site contents and domain name is combinated. if you have got a good and clean domain and you are creating unique and useful contents, google love you. Backlinks, domains and the same others are important, but, useful and unique content, helpful website is the most important.
