I assume you pushed the domains over to him before money was paid. Right? therefore you have no protection.
That is stupid, you should only push domain once payment is completed.

sorry you got burnt and thanks for the warning.

Can I give a small tip? I *hate* the standoff when its time to collect, then push.
    1. never take money from paypal that comes from one email account, when they chat with you on another.
    2. (shawn and the other moderators hate this, I dunno why when it clearly reduces the scams) but once you agree to sell, list it at namecheap. They pay for the domain, and they get it instantly, and you should be protected against chargebacks and scams. You do lose 10% (and pain in the butt to get your funds back to paypal) BUT when I do this, the buyer is happy (no risk, domains transferred instantly), and I am happy (no risk of chargebacks, and if so, I should be able to recover the domain)

So now how could I claim my domains or 450$ back.

    Below is his duplicate account:
    https://www.digitalpoint.com/members/seoexpert28.289874/

Both are Tom Pakistan.Once he uses for buying domains and one for selling domains only to fool people two different people are operating accounts but truth is they are same.

Please help me to assure he gets banned so he cannot scam any other members on the forum as people on this forum are legit people who do business honestly and truly.

    You must follow these steps:

    1. Buyer must give username, email, domain (he will buy) in DETAILS, COMMENT, NOTE from the Send Money page of Paypal.
    2. Ask buyer must send email confirm from his paypal email.

Use these information of proof to win the dispute !

It's really sad to see that a fellow Pakistani did this!

As a Pakistani, I would like to apologize on their behalf!

Guys, please don't use the examples of these scammers to taint the image of Pakistan! I can assure you that there are good people.. and alot of them ! If I could, I would help you get your money back - But unfortunately I'm of no help.

In future, Please use Escrow. Never use Paypal dealing with anyone from any country! Although Escrow would charge you a small fee of 5%, you can sleep with assurance that the money would still be there when you wake up.

Moreover, Please don't think all Pakistani's are alike! Indeed, this is a disappointing news.

    Regards,
    Daniyal

I've sold over 3000 domains over the last 5 years and never once have I been cheated simply because I make sure that I deal with buyers who have a proper profile online. I don't just depend on a forum like this to make sales. As a result, I am still selling 100s of domains each year since I deal only with trusted buyers.
