    Hello

What you can use for free is to join Facebook groups in your niche and post links to your product.
You can join groups that are buy and sell and so on......
If a group have 5.000 members and every member have only 10 friends its 5.000x10=50.000 users
    that can see your product.

Hello @Jonathan George. Before starting the business did you made any market analysis on competition, product, market?
    1. Start your work local - you can sell your stuff to friends and this way you can start to be known local. Have some products in some shops..etc
    2. Get reviews. At first all the work will be done with the help with the people you know to boost your business. Don't go to technical - buy cheap or fake reviews - you will get banned!
    3. Don't neglect content. At least this should've been the first step before you started the site/business. Creating a strategy - creating a data and having a keywords analysis was one important dinner that you should've had.
    4. Don't start and chase big keywords on national - because you will end up in chasing illusions. As I see you don't have a lot of knowledge in the area so either you need help or go yourself step by step.
    5. Social media - facebook, twitter, google+ are a must. All content will need to be shared and distributed through your channels. Share, Like and make new friends and in time your pages will be active.
    6. Digg for natural links. Niche links where you can post quality content and maybe you can earn a good backlink!

Pretty much that's the most important thing that you need to do.
Keep in touch if you need any help.
    Matt:)

    What lubrication products?

Is it tech motor oils? Sewing machine lubricants? Synthetic / natural lubricants? Or one of those ooh-la-la lubricants?

Each one of these would have to be addressed separately.

In today's modern era it has become very possible for an individual to conduct his business like a corporate or any of the multi national businesses around the globe. Just do proper marketing of your product which could be at ads, Internet marketing. Rotate your site at the world wide web and you'll see the results within a couple of days and huge amount of audience will respond to you.

If you where looking for these products. How would you find them? Seriously if you where looking for a microwave, how would you go about it? Google? local stores? Newpaper articles? recommendations from specialists? Support forums?

Look at how your customers would try and find the products you sell, and then find a way to put yourself infront of them. E.g. if it's machine lubricants, great you have a website, but is their an industry related magazine, you could get a small mention in? Which those who would need this product may be reading? You'd get excellent sales from the likes of this? Follow up with good service and you'd be onto a winner.

As you can see from some of the posts above, you need to provide a bit more information about the product and your target markets before we can provide any real advice. It would also be helpful to know if the company has had any previous success with marketing and what that was. Without this information, you will just get "boilerplate" bromides about social media, SEO, etc. Get back with more details and you will get better responses.

    Hi Jonathan,
As per my experience, better to create your ONLINE or VIRTUAL image first. How? Write blogs/articles that covers areas that your niche are interested in. For example, if you are into lubricants, you can write "how to's", "tips", etc for you establish your image not as a "Seller" but a "mentor" or "source of idea or information". In that case, you'll catch the attention of your niche and getting their attention closer to buying your product.

Remember that this is VIRTUAL, everything are on the internet, better to build your virtual image first.

    hope this helps :)

It's always a good idea to keep an eye on what kind of advertising is directly contributing to your increase in sales. This is very important in applying what works for your business.

    Hello Jonathan,

Try linkedin, where you can find professionals to meet or interact. Start a blog on your industry and write content, I know this is hard but, trust me, it will work. You can hire a freelance writer and get the posts on your site.

There are lots of social exchange sites and bots you can get facebook likes youtube likes and lots of sellers use them to sell likes. i saw already few websites are mentioned most of them use fake accounts and bots and those likes will dropped after few hours or days. So be careful with your feedback if you are going to sell them.

Jonathan, seems like you are not active here anymore. I think it depends on your budget if your pocket is deep enough, you can market your product heavily on-line across different platforms including PPC, affiliate program etc.

I agree. The way you want to market your business totally depends on your budget. I you have a big budget, there are many avenues to cover like online ads, PPC, Adwords etc. However, if you have a limited budget, you need to plan your marketing activities that will provide you with good results for minimum investment.
