    I have tested my pages and keywords with customer reviews.
    Results is here
    keyword is "cheap flights new york to nairobi"
    Before reviews my rank on on 4 page
    position 8 on page 4 google.

    But after 2 days we have set reviews and one of customer write review on page
    after that my keyword position boost. now its on 2nd page .

    Google Places for a business is vital and has huge benefits,
    Its well worth encouraging customers to leave a review on Google Places (a 5 star one preferably)
