    It is possible to buy likes from "international audience" for as low as 1$ per 1000 likes. If you want tarketed likes you might have to pay as high as 20$ per 1000 likes. You just need to know the right places because there are sites that sell the likes for 10 times the price.

    You can go to fiverr ($5) for really cheap likes or there's several websites you can go for free but it's going to take some time generating the traffic on your own.

    The question here more likely is - what do you need the likes for? Do you think that paid likes really work, even if targeted? Many stories and case studies will prove exactly the opposite. So why waste any money (as little as it might be) into something that won't bring you much benefit instead of slowly building your followers but knowing that they will be engaged with your service and interact with it?
