While i am checking the keywords for the same and taking the low CPC keywords to target but my CPC gone higher every time from the estimated in keyword planner. How to reduce CPC for the keywords.

Easiest way is to hire a skilled PPC manager. You save your time and "expensive experiences" :)

But in general, to reduce CPC maximize your quality score. You can do it by:
    1) Optimize your landing page to be relevant to your keywords and ads
    - Use URL to specific page, not only to home page
    - Use keywords from your ad group in landing your page
    2) Use "concrete" and long tail keywords (eg. not only broad keywords "t-shirt" but use concrete "designed t-shirt", "unique t-shirt"...)
    - Descompose "one big" ad group into more smaller and more specific groups (eg. group "t-shirts" into "designed t-shirts", "unique t-shirts", "red t-shirts"
    - Exclude negative keywords
    3) Try to maximize your CTR. Write more then 1 text ad and check for CTR. Disable ads with low CTR and try to write other, better. Try and optimize.
    - Use your keyword in ad text. It will make your ad text bolded, so it's more visible on the screen.
    - You can use price in ad text, it attract more attention
    - Use exlamations mark

First, Improve the quality score of your keywords. This includes changes in your Landing page, text content of ad wrt your keyword relevancy.
Once, you get QS above 7, your cost will lower down.

Second, using a "Long Tail Keywords" will get you high CTR and less CPC.

You just need to adapt better keywords that are suitable for your page which you are targeting. Look out for your quality score as well. If you target the right keyword your CPC will get reduced and for the settled budget you will get more clicks for the particular keyword.

Create specific ad groups and try to be very specific and don't target too many keywords in one ad group.
Make your landing page relevant to the ad group
Use the keywords which you have in the adwords campaign in your landing page
You can also use dynamic title in the landing page so whenever a user visits the page he/she sees the keyword which is searched as the title

Make your landing page more relevant to the keywords. Increasing your quality score, and therefore reducing the cost per click (Google rewards people for good campaigns and landing pages.

Why will you choose low CPC keywords which have like 10 search volume per month? Instead you can target highly searched volume keywords (though keyword planner might show higher bid). Keyword Planner shows you estimated bid, that's not fixed or accurate. That's why your CPC gone higher most of the times. You need to focus on specific things e.g. landing page relevancy with your ad copies, keywords + targeted keywords in the content + Bid for each targeted keyword + CTR + and of course quality score. If you have high quality score then CPC will be lower & if you have low quality score your CPC will be higher. If you need help you can pm me about this. Hope this helps.

lordxor had some good comments about what to do to reduce your CPC. I'll add that you should check the keywords that people are using to see your ad each week and add those that are relevant to your campaign.

You will probably find some good long tail keywords by checking them as well as those that you need to add to your negative keyword list.

Here is how to drop the CPC of a campaign, but this doesn't necessarily mean you will get more conversions. Your main goal should be to increase conversion rates. That being said - here are a few things to do:

    - Start bidding on broad match keywords as they are cheaper (you will have to add a lot of negative keywords)
    - Make sure you are targeting the correct geo, language, device, etc..
    - Stop your ads from showing when users are usually sleeping
    - Increase your QS
    - Seperate high QS from low QS in adgroups

I can go on for days.. you get the idea

There should be a structured theme among your campaign, ad groups, keywords, ad copies and landing pages. Are you checking "search terms" regularly? Many be you are getting too much irrelevant clicks and thus they bounce off the site that leads to increase CPC. Try to add more negative keywords, use only targeted keywords in your ad groups and include targeted keyword on the ad copy headline. Try to put keywords on the landing pages. These techniques will increase quality score and decrease CPC of your campaign
