    Try it on google, you will get people who are specific writers.

    "I am" "Technical writer" "@gmail.com"

    You could try http://dropmylink.com/ to get some good ideas. They have some pre-configured searches for links. You could customize them by adding keywords. Hope this helps, Jim

    For blog comments you have to aim for quality over quantity. Find articles on sites with high DA that offer dofollow links and post thoughtful useful comments that touch on something specific from the article. I also like to make my comments at least a paragraph long.
