    I have a celebrity news website with over 200+ Unique articles.

    Do u know anyone when is the right time to make an apply to get in Google News ?

    You need to have a permanent flux of content added per day and I am talking about real content. It doesn't matter how much you have already added!

    news sitemap, video sitemap and proper interlinking is what you need. Besides do not forget to put time stamp everywhere. Sooner or later Google will put you in the News IF your resource is trusted enough to come up first.
