How to show "Join" button instead of showing "Ask to Join" in G+ Communities named worldleaks?

    I've created a Google plus community page in G+ named World Leaks. It shows "Ask to Join" while other users searching for it. But most of the community page shows only "Join" button. So I just need to change it. Please lemme know how to change it.

    Below the community name, there is cog wheel > edit community > change Who can join to Anyone can join
