    BTC is a digital currency and PP has real currency. There is no actual way to transfer it directly to PP unless you sell it off. You can use Bitcoin to buy some physical things from online stores nowadays :D and some even give you discount :D

    I wouldn't advice selling BTC for Paypal as paypal is risky and refundable, where BTC is non-refundable. Also any markets of BTC are somewhat risky such as MtGox that went bust.
    If I were you I'd check at the biggest markets thus far : Bitstamp , BTC-e and CAMP bx

    There are sites available for the conversion of btc to paypal. A search on google of "bitcoin to paypal" shall provide you some. However, as mentioned by ndanev, you are having chargeback risk of accepting paypal payment. Personally, I won't go for this exchange option.

    There are some bitcoin exchages like btc-e and bitstamp to exchange but I don't know they support paypal or not. You can try bitcointalk.org forum to exchange bitcoins to paypal from other trusted members using escrow.
