    They do just give it away to adsense-publishers. The ones who got it usually make over $1000,- a month, though not all publishers that make that have gotten it this year.

    I suspect that I don't make enough to get one, plus I live in the UK and any US-based companies tend to take six months to get round to doing things for us.
