    I know that Google + is one of the major Social Marketing site now a days. But how can i learn better form internet. Previous i have learned from Google but I need more information. http://searchengineland.com/guide/what-is-seo also a good recourse. But I need more info.

    well do you know the importance of the social media ? listen do one thing that make a group, pages on social networking sites about your business and post new things on it, use the paid links and get more likes on your page then keep your page active by involving people in discussion and voting champions, involve people in your page then things would go very smoothly.

    I agree with Brain Technosys, avoid paid links it wont work for you instead you will end up with Google Penalty. Engage with groups communities, give likes, comments and share the post. Be an active user in Google+, if you are looking for relevant source then create a page in G+, share relevant post, invite your friends and increase your circles.

Mainly because you can easily get the target audience to connect and to begin to interact with you. The many features that Google+ offers are so effective and they really will allow you to interact effectively with your target audience .
