    No doubt it is Magento based shop with theme from ThemeForest called Buyshop. Magento is a good choice for ecommerce, if you know what you are doing.

    Magento have known issues related to CSV import, there are few plugins that not native to Magento, but can ease importing large number of items.

    Good luck! It might behoove you out to work with a developer who can help you get your Magento store looking and feeling exactly the way you want it to. Working with Magento can be pretty challenging if you don't have any experience with the platform yet.

    Which features of Magento made you want to use the same software? It might be possible to get the same features in other software also assuming you haven't already gone with it.
