    PR is n/a since domain is aged and will regain PR after next PR update if website is re-established.

    You just picked it up last month so it can't be 7 years old

    It's an expired / dropped domain which I picked up last month. So it was a domain that was not picked up when it last expired. Check it out on the WaybackMachine (archive(dot)com) and you will see that it used to be a website for a UK rugby club, so it is at least 7 years old and probably older. I am not using the normal methods of picking up domains at auction as they are expiring - I am mining expired domains that are usually much older that people have missed but are as valuable if not more so than the ones usually picked up at auction. These expired domain still hold all their backlinks and link juice, useful as part of a PBN if you install a new website on the domain (preferably within the sports niche, although in my experience, it works just as well in unrelated niches).
