    You must know Python, javascript, and advance levels of CSS. I will give you a screenshot and you will create it exactly using CSS.

    Hi,

    Actually, CSS is a styling language and not a programming language. In order to edit css, knowing css is more than enough. I have no idea why Python and javascript are part of the requirement.

    I think he's looking for Front end developer specifically who knows html/css/javascript and experienced coding on python server side scripting. If it is just the layout. html/css and javascript if you have event triggered layout/animation on your user interface.
