I suggest you to don't copy articles, Just write one yourself. It will definitely Good for you and of course for seo. Giving a resource link isn't a great idea.

Well, I don't think there is any harm in giving resource of a article !! But what's harmful : You have copied the whole article from the ..... and you have given resource from .... !! I guess that is the thing which is going to harm you utmost.

Copying article from some where else and giving link to original article as reference is not good idea. It is just copying test and nothing.

Giving resource of a article is won't a good idea because most of the good article website never approve copy content on their website.. from this you can easily get the idea that Copy content using resource won't help anything & also backlinks from won't be natural link building strategy

Well, first of all tell me @ActionEstore I sorry but why does this give me a feel that you're using two accounts one for asking and other for ?? like you said
I hope I am wrong but well, resourcing is natural way of link building, but the problem occurs when one person copy the whole resourcing site and put it ....... (which I guess I have already mentioned in my previous comment, seriously not getting the idea ... actually what.. ???) !

Write original content for your blog post & to prove your points or to addon the quality of your article with recommended sources like Google or apple inc with reference link is a good idea. This is a proven technique & few top marketer are using this. But I am not saying to copy a full article in your website. If you do this will violates the google guidelines & your site will be caught from panda update.
