    i cant believe a developer can sign contracts based on these credentials. 90% of the work done on these rates cost employees 50% more then usual.
    i am saying based on 5 years experience as project manager in a web development company

    To be fair, the employers that look for hot deals like this aren't going to hire people that charge an adequate price for their work anyhow.

    From my personal experience having dealt with plenty of developers and writers, I've seen first hand the coding and outcome of the $2/hour freelancers.

    I rarely come here for writing jobs and never come here for development jobs. The market is just bad here.

    Sure, you can get a PSD to Wordpress here for $100. However...

    It won't work in all resolutions
    It will have cross-browser compatibility issues
    It'll be filled to the rim with garbage plugins (I seriously don't know how they find these plugins) that will break every single update
    It'll have broken English all over the website
    The code will be extremely choppy and unorganized
    Their SE Rankings will more than likely plummet
