Well, I would say a big no on this as I have been hearing this from a while that with the Panda 4, press release sites are coming inside the eyes of .... So, if you are submitting Press release over multiple PR sites then there are chances that you may get yourself penalized.

In my opinion, i say "NO". Google started penalizing sites for duplication issue. If the same content repeated on several sites will definitely reflect in your website page rank as well as there may be a chance of getting your website into trouble(penalize).

Good answers... thank you... all the nonsense about PR's.
PR's are very good if you use them for brand marketing (that's what they are for) and not link building.
As for submitting to many PR website? well, if you submit your PR to prweb.com for example, your PR will be syndicated to many other sites so there's no problem there.

PR is very useful in case of product & company marketing but not for link building , but we actually do. So, It's better if you post your content only once.

Google prefer unique press release although recently google hits press release sites for duplicate and non relevant content, so better to keep it fresh.

Of course no, as duplicate content lowers your website's rating.

Do a slight re-writing each time and you will be fine. Your main goal is attracting customers, not shortening the time spent on PR sites. This task requires some time and persistence.
