Infolinks is screwing us publishers once again!

    Once again Infolinks is screwing us. Since the unannounced payment date change after the 1st of the year, Infolinks has payed as far as they can stretch it, on the 15th... unless the 15th is on a weekend, such as this month. But this time they have not paid. Can't wait until they screw themselves and pay after the 15th! Class Action Lawsuit time.

    So to get technical here... NET .. stands for No Earlier Than (when referenced in payment cycles) which means there is no liability if they pay late because there technically is no "late" just means you don't get paid before X Date. Unless you have a contract/IO in place with them which states you get paid on X date every month (which I doubt); you are just blowing hot air. Oh and if you are operating under their terms they would probably require that you file any legal action in their local jurisdiction which I believe is some where in Israel (if I'm not mistaken).

    hmm maybe they are holding your payment to ensure your account doesn't get hacked and your payment details changed? Maybe they are holding payment to make sure the right people are getting paid, and everyone has the opportunity to make sure their account hasn't been hacked or details haven't been changed "before" payments are issued.

    Doesn't sound like they are blaming anyone. Sounds like they delayed payment.

    Their rates are way lower what they used to be. Dont know if times have changed or they just screwing their publishers this way.

    I think, infolinks is best choice pay per click advertising after google adsense. I always received payment every month , on time.
