How Good is support of XF on Coding related stuff??

    Hi,
    I am running a Forum from 4 years and done everything myself from skin to other functionalities but for some recent incidents i got stuck on something and asked vb for support and shocked to see their terrible replies and support. i am just curious to know how XF support their community if they wanted to do something coding related changes to the forum. so i can make a decision to continue my forum with a better software
