    The domain is more than 6 years old with consistent PR5 ranking. It has more than 50k backlinks. I don't have time to invest more in the marketing and hence, traffic and revenue went down. Domain and hosting are already paid.

    Ok this is what i see 140 indexed pages in 6 years is nothing, PR doesn't mean anything nowadays, bad Alexa rank means basically no traffic, plain and simple site that never had any advertisement, i checked the wayback machine. So all in all i can offer you $50 maybe the site is worth $100 no one will give you more then that. Anyway good luck with the sale.

    First of all relax second of all check the year when i joined. Third i sold more sites then you will ever sell and fourth everything i said is true and can be checked so asking $2000 for a site that has NOTHING and you just lost your PR now it's 3. Can you publically explain why is this worth $2000 because everyone can buy an old age domain with high PR for $30 and slap some plain site on it. Sorry for being honest.
