Do I need to inform Google about this?

I'm aware that we should avoid any ads clicking activity as a publisher, today I just made a mistake by clicking ads on YouTube. Currently I'm looking for a car to buy and the ads appear on the left side of the video showing latest car promotion in my country (Malaysia), unaware of the ads I click on it! and few minutes later I just realize I click on adsense ads. I do not have any adsense on youtube account (I only apply adsense for my blog).

    1. Am I doing something that violate adsense T&C?
    2. Do I need to inform Google about this?

(p/s: My blog got sandbox by Google in late 2012, I work hard to fix it, now the income/stats back to normal, I don't want all my hard work disappear overnight because of this!)

you mean you clicked your own ads ? few clicks not a problem. if you click many time that may ban your adsense

nope, not my own ads, but ads that appear on youtube. I'm afraid that as a publisher I shouldn't do that (click any adsense ads which I'm interested with it).

No it's not big issue you don't need to afraid as you were looking for the product and found it on adsense ad and clicked you have not clicked many times so you don't need to be afraid and it will not affect your adsense account at all.

You are not allowed to click your own ads. That's it.

As has already been said, clicking ads on YouTube is fine, as long as they aren't your own.
