    Hello guys!

Somebody totally cloned my unique, custom-made website, even used my javascript code from it and then registered about 20 domain names along with my domain name, using .net and .org to place his clones.

Sad thing is, he now ranks better for my keywords in Google.

I tried to contact him, his host and I got no respond from anybody.

What do you suggest me to do about this?

    I am loosing it :(

Any help would be more than welcome! :)

File a DMCA takedown notice. Failing that hire a lawyer who is familiar with intellectual property law.

There are a few things that will have to transpire here. Depending on the host I would start here.

    http://www.mcanerin.com/en/articles/copyright-03.asp

folks that brazen deserve zero consideration in your approach here. I would start by naming the site and the urls here. It will hit page one of google in about an hour. Its pretty easy to slam the folks.

Also post on scammer sites and mention him/her. Google is probably the best option and I would file a DMCA Takedown Notice immediately by contacting the hosting ISP to report the copyright infringement. Your copyright does not have to be registered with the U.S. Copyright Office for you to take advantage of this DMCA provision.

You can also file a report with Google themselves to prevent them from displaying the offending sites.

File a complaint to Google first and describe the issue at antiscamm sites.
DMCA legal routine takes quite long time.
