I am not sure if this is the right section for this but i am finding a way to receive payment for some paypal users its basicly less then a dollar so 30 cents i have to pay just to receive 1$ is way to much for me i am from india.
India doesnt allow us to receive payment via gift and it charges me and the paypal customer fees which sucks..
Even i have to pay 30 cents everytime.
So i am thinking is there any way to receive payment via paypal and have the money on some e-wallet on the web so i can even use it further or just transfer it to the bank account.

Paypal has a micro payments option. Have you looked into that at all? Basically it's a reduced fee for smaller size transactions. That might work for you if you can't receive gifts.

You can also send personal payments which involves the sender paying a small fee. They are not covered by Pay Pal's guarantee, but for very small payments it's not so much of a problem.

As per my knowledge, there's no other option available for Indians so for every time, you have to pay charges.
