    Right, let's say someone files a chargeback and trys to get their money back, is it possible for the seller to win or does PayPal normally favour the buyer?

    I sold some physical items to a guy in Poland the goods were signed for at his address and PayPal gave him a refund as he said it wasn't him who signed for them. It was a verified address too.

    PayPal disputes are solved with cointoss, so it's 50/50 if you win or lose. Any proofs you supply mean nothing, might as well just send them a photo of your granny picking mushrooms in the forest as delivery receipt and it works just as fine.

    Very hard for seller to win. If it's an intangible, like a lot of IM stuff, then no way. My experience is it favors the buyer.

    If it it digital goods then chances are Paypal will favor the buyer. If you can provide solid proof that you have delivered the item or service then Paypal might just favor the seller.
