    That is not web 2.0 design, it isn't even good web 1.0 design.

    Check cssremix and other sites for inspiration and remember to just make everything work together and not to have separate parts.

    It's an ok design, but certainly not a web 2.0 one.

    And web 2.0 is not all about design. It's about much more: intercativity with the user, more Ajax, rounded corner, etc.
