A one letter typing mistake, took me to a different blog, the name was the same just different logo and different theme, the pics and post was a copied, even the names of my writers was copied, and every other page on the website like, about and privacy policy.
I bought that blog on Flippa witch is nice and worked really well for a while, until i found the reason my organic traffic started to decrease, the same time the copy was registered.
I tried contact the the owner of the copy, but with no luck.
I could really use some help on this issue and how to handle it.
    Regards
    Nadav

If you go to whois.org, you may be able to see who the owner is and, most importantly what country they are from and who their web hosting provider is. Your best bet at that point would be to contact the web hosting provider and claim theft of copyright and content and hope that they shut them down. Your options get increasingly ugly and costly from there.

Same thing happened with me long time ago. I just build negative link explaining the motives and copyright violation of the doer and for some months the results were coming in slowly and then the traffic in niche got to negligible, hence dropping the efforts.... maybe i recovered money put into purchasing this website.

Have you checked the age of the site? Some sellers on Flippa make a bunch of duplicate sites to sell. The owners could be in the same position as you, having bought the site innocently.

Maybe Submitting a DMCA Takedown would work in your situation?

Write to their hosting company. Simple as that. They will bring it down if the owners refuse to remove the copyrighted content.
