Duplicate content on Job Site

    I have a job related site on which Employers can post different job openings.
    The problem is that any employer can advertise same job on multiple sites. So, content will be duplicated
    Will i get be penalized by Google for duplicate content? How can i avoid this?

    Don't allow the duplicate posts to be crawled or indexed.

    No you will not be Penalized unless you are pulling content from other sites

    No. Duplicate content is only penalized if you post the same content twice on one domain.

    Many websites aggregrate the same content on mutliple websites like Press releases and/or Guest Articles.
