This looks like your first domain sale here at DP so I'm not judging you but changing auction parameters just because your not seeing a good turnout is an unethical action, you may want to reconsider this, a lot of buyers wont bid if they think parameters of auction will be changed half way through auction, myself including.

I withdrew my offer on the basis of mintdanny changing the terms of the deal after the auction ended.

He wanted me to pay for his processing fees, this was not stated in the auction description, and him telling me this after he accepts my $40 bid is unacceptable.

Stay away from this guy, first he tries to extend an auction cause he's not getting enough bids, then he tries to get more money when he doesent like the final bid. Bas business ethics.

I'm not going to waste anymore time on you, I have already said all that needs to be said, I bid $40, and you accepted this bid then you told me I need to pay additional fees, this was not mentioned in the thread and I will not do business with anyone who does not stick to their own word.

i said to him before he sent the money please account for paypal fees, he didnt, he could have refused the offer, but he didnt, he didnt need to send the money, but he still did.

You never mentioned in your thread that you expected buyer to pay your processing fees, therefor you were responsible for paying for them. When was teh last time you purchased something at the grocery store and right before you gave the clerk your credit card he said theres going to be an extra processing fee?

You need to include all details in your thread, if you do not then you are no better then the average scammer that doesent hold up to his word, adding terms after a deal has been reached is unacceptable and unethical.

As for refusing to pay, I stated immediately that I refused to pay, I sent you the money because I figured you did not know that changing terms was an unethical action. I made it perfectly clear of what my intentions were, I told you either push the domain into my account or refund my money, but I would not pay any additional fees.
