    But he greatly improved the offering we were getting from myspace and bebo and the beginner sites like zoints. And he future proofed it by allowing apps to be integrated.
    If you want to get rich it's not enough to just "have a social networking site" - you have to bring something new to the table.
    And you addressed this to social networking addicts - but the person who succeeds will be someone who isn't addicted because fb etc aren't "enough" but they'll have a vision for what it could be, the funding and the talent to pull together a team to turn the vision into reality.

    I don't get the business plan behind the return of Myspace. They think the weirder they get the more following they will get? Mr. Murdock should've fired everybody at Myspace when he first got it and hired a team with a more common-sensical vision. They could have been easily competing with Facebook had they charted a different course from the start. Too late now though.

    You are the one who started the thread with all the answers - how it could make you a billionaire.

    To get funding you write a killer business plan and then approach your local business council for leads. Without a business plan you will just look like a guy who's full of talk and no action.
