Discussion in 'Legal Issues' started by xms, Apr 28, 2014.

    Hello,

I need a contract which can be used when selling a registered domain name from a company to another one. Where can I find that? Example?

    Please PM.

I traded a lot of domains and never saw one
what do you need it for? what are you trying to prevent?
I guess if you can write that in a summarized way, you will achieve that purpose
e.g., "seller will not be responsible in case the domain PR changes" and so on
when the buyer agrees to it (even by return email), it is like a contract
I am not a lawyer, just trying to help

Write one yourself. You will hand over the domain when payment has been received. If no payment is received, then no domain will be transferred.

    waste of resources....

    1: get the money....
    2: transfer the domain....
3: hope the buyer was not committing fraud....
and if so, contract or not, you lose the domain, and money.....

Every seller takes this gamble/risk when selling online....
some things maybe complex and a contract is required....
this is not one of them.....
