    Hi, for ranking Youtube video on Google the most important thing are backlinks. I dealt A LOT with Youtube for years, so here is what you exactly need to do:

    Optimization
    1. Put keyword in video title
    2. Name your video file like the keyword (example: youtube-video.mp4)
    3. Put keyword first thing in description and mention it few more time in description.
    4. Put it in tags along with other related keywords

    Views, Likes
    These are totally optional and not at all required to rank on Google (on Youtube yes, the views are critical). If you want (but is not needed) I recommend to get 5-10k high retention views (80-100% watch time), if you need provider shoot me a message, and some likes too (30-60).

    Backlinks (the key part)
    This is the outline that I usually follow, but you can tweak it however you want:
    10k blog comments
    500-600 social bookmarks
    2-3 links from a private blog network
    (this is usually enough, but you must test)

    For backlinks to Youtube videos the quantity matters, don't bother doing it manually, you won't rank.

    Either do them by yourself with tools such as GSA SER or buy them.
