    Hello Dhaval,

Finding all bad backlinks is somewhat of an involved process. That involves two steps

    1) Get all backlinks.

The online tools such as ahrefs, majesticseo, etc. aren't going to be able to get you all of your links. They're crawlers themselves and they aren't perfect. You'll even notice that consistently, these tools show different amounts of backlinks from each other.

The only way to truly get ahold of all your links is to run Scrapebox. I can help you out with this if you like. Just PM me.

    2) Find out which links are bad

This is some what of a manual process but there are a couple of automatic things you can do as a preliminary check.

In Scrapebox, you can also run a check to see which backlink sources were de-indexed. I highly recommend doing this. Any de-indexed page is a good indicator that the whole site isn't healthy. Be sure to add the entire site to your disavow list.

You can also check to see if the www.domainname.com comes up first in the Google search results. If a site doesn't even rank first for its URL, Google hates it.

Other than this, its somewhat of a manual process to go through all the links to determine which are bad. I try to look for sources that were once good, but Google doesn't particulary like now: directories, blog comments, etc.

Best of luck. Hope this helps,

    Diggity

Well, I've got something better for you first use the Google webmaster tool to download all the back links you have once you've downloaded it create a webmeup you can get 15day trial account for free, this tool will classify the links on the basis of suspicious, bad and good. Download the full list of the bad and suspicious links start removing them and once the work finished compare the finished list with the old back link sheet downloaded from Google. This will help you in knowing the removed links.

Thanks John Dave for your help. As you have referred above "webmeup" as a tool to check any site badbacklinks . i have tried it and it's only showing me the backlinks but not the badbacklinks . As you can see my site status in this screenshot http://prntscr.com/3e7k0n . i have also downloaded the full report of my site backlinks which was generated by "webmeup" and in that report it's only showing me the dofollow and nofollow links. i need to remove nofollow links ? if yes then how ?

Go to the exact software, you are out side the software. Once you are at the Webmeup software you need to add your site and under it you are going to get what I am talking about.

You missed the most important one, number 8.
    8. Disavow doesn't do anything and was created for Google to have SEO's do all the hard work to identify the low quality sites/paid links/link networks.

You won't get far, although if it's on blogspot the owner will probably also be on g+ and you can email people directly from there without knowing their email address (I doubt many people have disabled this option). If the links are in the comments section the blog owner may not be keen to remove the comment as it will take away from the conversation about the blog post. You may have some luck if you can prove the comment was made maliciously to hurt your site but if they think that at the time you actually wanted the link then you're likely to be told to go away.

Well, if the contact email of owner is not available then put that link in the disavow file.

You can use webmaster tool to take the bad or broken links. You can easily download all the bad links from then webmaster tool after that you can put that downloaded link to the disavow link tool to remove all the bad links. This is the best way to remove all bad links.
