In my webmaster tool i saw a msg in manual action is
Site-wide matches
Unnatural links to your site—impacts links
Google has detected a pattern of unnatural artificial, deceptive, or manipulative links pointing to pages on this site. Some links may be outside of the webmaster’s control, so for this incident we are taking targeted action on the unnatural links instead of on the site’s ranking as a whole.
what should i do pls help.

 

Well, now you need to download all the back link from your Google Webmaster tool and start cleaning it up by manually contacting the owner of the page once your done submit a request for reconsideration. You need to remove all the bad backlinks first and then submit reconsideration request in webmaster tool...

 

@John Dave is right, you need to take a look at your backlinks and start requesting that links from poor sites delete the link. If you have links from a lot of spammy directories those all need to go. Any links from sites that are not related to yours in anyway need to go as well.

 

Not just spammy directories.....
- Links that look like paid (e.g. most homepage links and sidewide links!)
- Forum spam
- Comment spam
- Links from known networks, and sites all on the same IP address

But hope you weren't involved in those anyway right ;-) Don't forget to apologise and beg for forgiveness!

 

You must remove the unnatural links pointed to your website as Google has informed you to do.

If you do NOT remove the links that violate Google's T.O.S. you are doing yourself a disservice as you could jeopordize ever removing your penalty.

you Need to Expert who remove will find your bad or un-natural Links and remove it. You SEO guy created Bad or Unnatural Links so google send you manual spam action massage. Create sitemap and resubmit it in google webmaster tool. and use Disavow tool one again please submit .txt file.

 

Firstly you remove all the bad link to your website from Google webmaster tool.

 

You need to pull links from more than just Webmaster Tools. You should be analyzing links from all link checkers like ahrefs and others.
