    Valuable SEO knowledge best kept secret. If you are asking secrets in public forum, more likely won't get what you want. It is also google's policy to keep their algorithm as compex(or pretend to be complex) and secret as possible to defend against spam. But most of the replies here are very useful although they are not "secret". Successful SEO would not reveal his/her secret anyway.

    Yes there are very good and effective ways to rank on google in short time for profitable keywords no need to wait for weeks, months any more.
