    You can try Web 2.0 links or guest posting strategy to get high google ranking.
    Also you can click in Search box , are a lot of posts who have same question and get hundred response.

    If you want to get fast Google ranking then you must do better SEO.

    Do proper on-page of your site and then for quality backlink just focus on content marketing.

    I'm sure you will get rank in short time.

    If you have money you have to buy High PR backlinks, also you should use powerful keywords, and prepare your website for SEO :)

    hi , you have to do both on page and off page activities. first you have to check title, meta tags, description, keyword research, duplicate content of a website. after that you have to build links for site to increase Ranking with off page activities like link building with fresh and unique content, social media, content marketing. after that check Google Analytics and Google Webmaster Tools. These both tools show complete statistics of your website.

    Fast is not usually the best. it can even be an indicator for Google to watch your site. slowly growing site is more believable don't you think? try to time your links.

    As others have said, getting rankings in google means starting with good "on site" SEO (i.e. meta data, domain name matching keywords, etc..), and "off site" SEO (quality backlinks). Any questions feel free to shoot me a pm.

    There is no such tool to get fast google ranking. SEO is all about white Hat SEO now, maintain your site, site should be responsive, do proper On Page and then proper Off Page SEO, Create proper Meta Tag for your site, Meta Tag helps to gets crawled by search engine spiders, etc and good luck.

    There is no short cut available on SEO to get rank within few days or weeks. Ranking depends on various factors like keywords competitor, quality content and backlinks, competitor website, etc. If you go with organic SEO, then you required minimum 2-3 months of time to get better result in SEO.
    If you don't have patience then you go with Social media or PPC. The choice is yours. Good luck..
