    but you have to give it to the buyer, because it is part of the site. You can't retain it once you sell the site - or were you planning to put it on a different domain?

    What guarantees do you give the buyer that no part of the site, or any of it's subdomains will be made public on a different domain after the sale?

    I don't see how its free of cost. You are buying the site and it's value is the total of the value of all subdomains (www is really just a fancy subdomain). You are trying to say you are giving something for free but it's part of the site and therefore included automatically.

    Can you guarantee that no part of the site will be replicated on another domain afterwards?

    Of course I see the potential but low cpc .2 per click is value of traffic from India. Hence the reason for high traffic but low earnings as we had this chat before. When my blog is getting traffic from the USA and earns over 150 per month now. Which is still for sale I might add. Your site is clean just needs much work to make it earn and I am ready for the task. Plus I am confused with your source of traffic and bounce rate. Please explain I may increase my offer..

    I know it's not my business but you need to learn a lot before bidding/dealing in such way. You do not have any kind of professionalism. You should not make screenshots of his Analytic stats public in such way when he is proving you full access to analytics, or at-least you should take permeation from him. Op granted you access to his Analytic data means he will provide the same sort of access to buyers whoever is interested in his site, other people should not get info about such exact data. How you will feel if OP shares your email id, phone no, and your home address (assume that you shared this with him) in public? There are certain things where you should not cross the limit, you could have simply raised this issue with him in conversation (as you shared your Analytic email handle)

    You are asking OP why he revoked your access to analytic? what a shame man!

    NOTE: I am not giving any kind of certification to the site/domain for sale here.
