Hmmm...I normally use Tumbler and Twitter. However, I'm always open to new places to post. It helps to feed your content to as many places as possible.

You think Tumblr is much better than Twitter?

scottgerri: Listing the sites with their corresponding page ranks is helpful, even for those who are trying to target things other than fashion. Thank you for the informative post.

This is like saying "oh fox news is great for fashion because they sometimes have fashion on them and have huuuge viewership!"

Core social networks for fashion interested are tumblr (with brand/owner content and tons of rebloggers) and pinterest (esp. branding) as well as Instagram. Twitter is mostly used in the real time way, aka from events with hashtags, but once it is through the timeline it is gone.

For the fashion lover itself, many interactions also happen on dedicated apps on the mobile space - esp. buying and exchange apps, those are often local apps. The more it is toward diy / sewing etc, the more it will be personal blogs with following as well as forums.
