My bank requires a copy of my contract with Google. Where do I get it?

As google adsense started wiretransfer facility for its customers , so i visited my bank to open an account but they said they need a copy of contract with google. i showed them tos of google which i printed by using this link https://www.google.com/adsense/localized-terms

but they refused to open giving the reason that my name is not mentioned in this contract.

can someone help me how can i get a copy of contract with google.

Um, two questions:

1. Why would your bank want to see the contract? Can't you just open a bank account in your name, like any normal person?
2. Why is your bank unable to understand Google AdSense? I mean, seriously... are they still in the 1800s or something?

Simply use your bank account where u used to encash your checks. From internet search, find the SWIFT code and provide it to Google and thats all you need to do. IFSC code is also available on your check book.

 

I can't get the logic exactly why would a bank ask for a contract when you want to open an account. If you were about to apply for credit or credit card I would say ok. But here in your condition you are only trying to open an account. Maybe they have misunderstood you or there is a mistake. It's really not logical. Go to a bank that would not ask you such stupid things. Or as upalc said, contact google adsense to get a verified copy of user agreement. The user agreement should be your contract.

 

I´m guessing you dont have any Bank Account nor money to open one?

 

This is really a ridiculous incident. There is no necessity of a contract from Google to open a Bank account. Move to another bank fill the account form and provide your id and address proofs thats it.

 

Ha you mean before you did'nt have a bank account then how you deposit the google checks ?

 

Just go and ask your bank to IFSC code and Swift code it engough for google to locate your bank for tranfering the money...

 

which country you are from and which bank ?? i never faced any issue yet from bank. just change bank
