    You can go Adwords Help Center and learn through there but although it is theoretical you need to set up your a/c to know better about it.

    PPC is not about to learn its all about how practically you know PPC.You can easily learn how to learn PPC but you cant get traffic and lead on your PPC campaign.Learn how to run PPC campaign from any where you can.

    Starting any PPC campaign without knowing what you are dealing with can be a BIG waste of money (and time).

    I would suggest you to take an in-depth look into some expecialized sites (for example see this http://ppc.org/) where techniques, strategies and do's/don'ts are discussed. IMHO.

    The best thing to do is get a mentor. Doing PPC is a different animal than SEO. If you don't know what you are doing you can lose your shirt.

    Well practice makes man perfect. just watch the tutorials and create account on google adwords, and start your PPC. when you will do Practical you will be perfect in PPC.
