    What the site does:
    It provides SEO stats.

    Domain Tools is a very generic keyword.
    As long as you do not offer the same service there will not be any problem.

    I think more importantly, what has DomainTools done to enforce their trademark? Are all the other Tlds owned by them?

    It's pretty hard to use this domain for anything other than tools for domains, so it might be tricky for both sides.

    domaintools.com doesn't offer just whois info...but that's really beside the point. The domain was clearly registered and/or used in bad faith. If you are going to pitch it as a tool used to analyze websites or seo, than why include "domain" in the the actual domain? Not sure how in love the rest of you guys are w/ the .biz extension, but IMO, it's an undesirable one. So the only reason to purchase it is too squat on the existing....edited

    The domain is registered in 2003 much earlier than the TM was registered and probably earlier than they started their service.
    Why on earth are you analyzing the domain. No one gave you the right to do it so, especially on my thread. If you must, do it for yourself and keep it for yourself.
    I'm not forcing anyone to buy the site. Anyone can check by himself the site and decide to buy or not. So, stop trying to be clever because you are showing the opposite.
