Contest 70$ Logo Contest - Paypal payment

Hello everyone ,

We need a logo for our Biker Community: http://gobikergo.com

"GoBikerGo
RideOuts | Touring | Meets & Events"

I don't really have a size preference.. so it's totally up to you as long as it looks nice.

We would also like a hi-res version because at a later stage we’ll be using this logo to produce stickers for the motorcycles & T-Shirts will follow after that.
We might need two versions unless one of you can work your magic and come up with something that’s suitable for light & dark coloured motorbikes.

Remember guys, the stickers will be on transparent paper so no background.

Play with it how you want, you can add anything, change the shape, it would be nice to see Red, White & Blue Colours in their somewhere too.

Entries can only be posted here, no PM.

The winner will be chosen at the end of the week.

I'll be happy to provide feedback to any entries or more information if needed.

i know Bikers like Bikes and ART and i combine the two, from distance it look like is riding a eagle from close up is a bike is full vector layerd and it has 2 version on black and white.

@karan - A bit too simple , the way it looks, and also the colour..

@zasul - Nice idea .. But we are more a sport bike type , not choppers..

@Xdexter - I like your concept . Looks very nice and clean .. But again .. not really into choppers. I know it's just a logo , but maybe a sport, sport-touring bike instead?

@NicolausX - Very good. I like it .. It will work perfect as a logo , and also as stickers on light and dark bikes.. It looks good the way it is, no need to change anything .


Well .. So far so good .. if we keep going this way , I might choose the winner earlier , maybe in 48 hours, instead end of the week.

PS: Just a little reminder, like I mentioned in the first post , I would like to see 2 versions, one on dark background and the other one on light background , something like NicolausX did.

Nice .. We're getting there..

Can I suggest you reduce the length of the bike in proportion to the size of the text ( to look more like a bike, not like a stretched one).
And maybe add a bit more colours , perhaps a blue somewhere. Or maybe the wheels of the bike blue , not sure, Try and experiment a bit , see where ever it fits and looks nice. . But I really like the way we're heading with this one .. Is really nice .. Well done ..

Btw . Can you also add the missing text on the dark version?

I made a second version, in case letter on you want to go more classic-abstract it is abstract and classic style, i imagined a old style type biker for a classical view...

 

@NicolausX - Interesting , but not really into old classic bikes .
Any chance you can try an change that with a sports bike?

@frikusha - Nice . Interesting choice of colours and it's a good match with the forum theme.

@rxzor - Sorry , I don't really get that motorbike shape.. Looks like a fat guy on a motorbike .. lol

Btw .. If it's possible can you guys also try and post the logo , with the forum theme in background , just so I can have an idea on how it looks .
If it's to big ( height ) , you can stretch a big the forum theme.

@frikusha - One small update from my previous post. My client , would like to know if its possible to add somewhere , the shape of an exhaust , just so people don't confuse that with a cycle..
