1. Put your keyword in title 2. Put keyword first thing in description and few more times in description 3. Put keyword in tags 4. If your keyword is "how to train dog", name the file "how-to-train-dog" before uploading. 5. You can also name your channel with your keyword in it
Try to get also backlinks with the keyword you would like. Concentrate on good title and description. Don't forget the VIEWS should be real... And finally be sure that video is worth the time to watch it!!!

This seems a good strategy for starters, keep posting and try to get as many back links as possible, but make sure your posts are not just to promote your videos or channel, rather make the posts more interesting and related to the topic and have your channel linked in signatures would be good start.
