    Backlinkwatch - free
    Google - free and manual search

    Aside from competitor's links you can also check your own website's backlinks for thorough analysis.

    Ahrefs and backlinkwatch... But pay attention that most times it is not very accurate! So checking with other tools would be better! :)

    I use both ahrefs and majestic quite frequently and much prefer ahrefs.com

    The thing about majestic is that they show more links than Ahrefs but when you really look at the links they are filled with garbage that their bots consider links. For example I often see urls in which the bot thinks is a unique URL but is a crawling issue. Like this

    http://example.com/url-post
    http://example.com/url-post/page/
    http://example.com/url-post/page//url-post/page/url-post/page

    It continues like that for thousands of "links" from the same domain, but they are nothing but a crawling issue on majestic's side. Where as Ahrefs will show the link but not show these random duplicate.
